Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten die worden aangeboden door ExAuto.nl. Door gebruik te maken van onze website of diensten gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
ExAuto.nl biedt een dienst waarbij particulieren en bedrijven hun voertuig kunnen verkopen. Na het indienen van een aanvraag via het formulier op de website beoordeelt ExAuto.nl het voertuig en brengt een bod uit. De dienst is gratis en vrijblijvend voor de klant.
De procedure verloopt als volgt:
Elk bod van ExAuto.nl is volledig vrijblijvend. De klant is nooit verplicht het voertuig te verkopen. Een uitgebracht bod is geldig gedurende 7 kalenderdagen na verzending, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
Het bod wordt uitgebracht op basis van de door de klant verstrekte informatie en foto's. ExAuto.nl behoudt zich het recht voor het bod aan te passen of in te trekken indien bij inspectie blijkt dat de werkelijke staat van het voertuig wezenlijk afwijkt van de verstrekte informatie.
Betaling vindt plaats via bankoverschrijving op het moment van overdracht van het voertuig. ExAuto.nl betaalt nooit contant tenzij uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk overeengekomen.
De klant garandeert dat hij de rechtmatige eigenaar is van het voertuig of gemachtigd is namens de eigenaar te handelen. Bij overdracht dient de klant alle benodigde documenten te overhandigen, waaronder het kentekenbewijs en een geldig identiteitsbewijs.
ExAuto.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor:
ExAuto.nl verwerkt persoonsgegevens conform het Privacybeleid en de AVG.
Op deze voorwaarden is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.
ExAuto.nl behoudt zich het recht voor deze voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar op deze pagina.

ExAuto.nl provides a service through which individuals and businesses can sell their vehicle. After submitting a request via the form on the website, ExAuto.nl assesses the vehicle and makes an offer. The service is free and non-binding for the customer.
The procedure is as follows:
Every offer from ExAuto.nl is completely non-binding. The customer is never obliged to sell the vehicle. An offer is valid for 7 calendar days after it is sent, unless otherwise agreed.
The offer is made based on the information and photos provided by the customer. ExAuto.nl reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the offer if an inspection reveals that the actual condition of the vehicle materially differs from the information provided.
Payment takes place via bank transfer at the time of handover of the vehicle. ExAuto.nl never pays in cash unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The customer guarantees that they are the lawful owner of the vehicle or authorised to act on behalf of the owner. Upon transfer, the customer must provide all necessary documents, including the vehicle registration and a valid proof of identity.

ExAuto.nl processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
ExAuto.nl reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on this page.
